Religious recognitions in Europe and worldwide

The courts across Europe have ruled that Scientology must be treated the same way as other religions. These decisions include those delivered by the European Court of Human Rights that have established a binding precedent in all 46 countries that have signed and ratified the European Convention on Human Rights.

Since 1954, when he founded the first Church of Scientology religion has grown to about 10 million members and is present through its churches, missions and groups in over 150 countries worldwide.
